Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Returns and Refunds

Any order can be refunded prior to packaging and shipping. We do not accept returns unless an order arrives incorrect or defective (Wrong size, color etc.). Refunds & returns are subject to fees. 

Orders returned by the shipping carrier due to recipient error may receive partial reimbursement.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@twofrogsofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
